ELISA检查恒河猴D型逆转录病毒血清抗体的研究

Study on ELISA to detect Type D RetrovirusSerum Antibody in Rhesus Monkeys

本文用ＥＬＩＳＡ和蛋白印迹法，检查了４１只恒河猴Ｄ型逆转录病毒的血清抗体，以蛋白印迹法为标准，评价ＥＬＩＳＡ的敏感性、特异性和预测值。其敏感性为８９％，特异性为８８％，阳性预测值为６７％，阴性预测值为９７％。结果表明：用ＥＬＩＳＡ法确定猴Ｄ型逆转录病毒抗体阴性猴是一种方便实用的方法，但对其阳性结果应作进一步的检查。
