摘要
目的 报道急诊手指指尖再造临床效果。方法 在解剖废弃趾血管系统的基础上，采用第二足趾游离移植再造指尖。结果 再造手指指尖３６例５４指，全部成活。经１－６年随访，再造指尖血运丰富，感觉良好，功能及外形均满意。结论 采用第二足趾游离移植，急诊再造指尖是治疗指尖毁灭性损伤或缺损较为理想的方法。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of reconstruction of digital tip on an emergency stage. Methods Based on dissection of vascular system of specimens of toes, free transfer of the second toes were used to reconstruct finger tips. Results 1-6 years follow-up showed that the reconstructed finger tips all survived with excellent blood supply, good sense, normal shape and function. Conclusion Reconstruction of digital tip on an emergency stage using free transfer of the second toe is a feasible procedure for treatment of destructive injury or defect of finger tip.
