摘要
阐述了学籍管理的规范功能、导向功能、激励功能、育人功能、信息反馈功能 ,并使之贯穿于学籍管理全过程。对我校学籍管理体系的建立 ,包括学籍管理制度体系和人员体系的建立进行了回顾和总结 。
The functions of the student's enrollment management are expounded,including the functions of standardization,guidance,stimulation,education and information feedback,so as to apply them to the whole enrollment managing process completely and systematically.It is a review and analysis of the establishment of our students' enrollment management system--enrollment managing system and personnal system.And some constructive suggestions have been put forward.
