分析了扩招后高校图书馆读者文献信息需求变化 :多元化、层次化、个性化 ;探讨了高校图书馆解决这些问题的对策 :优化馆藏 ,提高馆员素质 。
With the College students expanded,the reader's request for library's information: multi - members,multi-administrative levels and individulization.The author analyzes all kinds of reader groups and puts forward the suggestion that,the college libraries should make efforts in these ways as optimizing the collection structure,improving librarians' qualities and strengthening the competitive ability in the information service field , and go along the continual developing way.
