摘要
在表面工程的进展中,人们发现,由于每一种表面技术都具有其自身的优点与缺点,单一的表面技术往往不能满足在摩擦学设计中苛刻工作条件的需要,这就促进了复合表面技术,或所谓的第二代表面技术的发展。即同时采用两种或两种以上的表面技术复合在一起,以便其优缺点能够相互补充。近年来,作者在复合表面技术方面进行了一些初步研究,获得了很多有重要理论与实际意义的研究结果。本文概述四方面研究课题的主要结果,包括:电刷镀+等离子喷涂;离子氮化+激光表面改性;复合PVD薄膜;化学热处理+含添加剂的油润滑。
In the progress of surface engineering, people found that some single surface techniques usually can't satisfy the requirements of severe working conditions in the tribology design of surface engineering, because every surface technique has its intrinsic advantages and disadvantages; This situation promoted the development of the so-called secondary generation or duplex surface techniques, i.e. two or even more technqiues are used at the same time in order to have their characteristics mutually supplemented.In recent years, the author conducted some preliminary researches on the duplex surface techniques and has got very interesting results of great theoretical and practical meanings. In this paper, the main results of four research topics are described including: brush plating+chemical heat treatment, ion nitriding +laser modification,duplex PVD process and duplex chemical heat treatment+lubrication with additives in oil.
