摘要 从材料及所处的体系综合考虑,材料的物理化学性能不仅取决于材料的本征特性和环境条件,很重要的一个方面就是材料与环境的交接面的特性。因此,材料的表面(界面)研究一直是材料研究的重点。本文简要地讨论了几种表面(界面)分析技术的特点及其在材料研究中的应用情况。作者认为,只有充分了解各种表面分析技术的特点,综合运用多种表面分析技术,才能实现对材料表面更深入、更全面的认识。 In a comprehensive consideration of materials and the involved environment, the physical and chemical properties of materials are dependent of not only the characteristics of the materials and the environmental conditions but also the characteristics of the interface between materials and the environment. This is why the study of the surface and interface of materials has always been focused on by many researchers. In this paper the features and applications in material investigations of some surface and interface analytical techniques have been briefly introduced It is suggested that the better understanding of the surfaces of matrials cannot be realized unless a thorough understanding of the features of various surface analytical techniques and a combined use of these surface analytical techniques are reached.
