摘要
针对在苛刻条件下使用的滑动部件低摩擦、高抗磨性的要求,用粉末冶金及车削加工法研制出一种具有良好摩擦学及力学性能、适于在宽的温度范围和较高负荷下使用的PTFE基薄层材料,以五种金属分别与之配副考察使用效果。同时研究了速度、负荷对其摩擦磨损性能的影响,并讨论了薄层材料的摩擦磨损机制。
In this paper, to satisfy the low friction, and high anti-wear requirements for sliding parts using in harsh condihons, a PTFE base thin-banding material with good tribological and mechanical properties was developed by the method of powder metallurgy This material can be used in relatively wide temperature range and high load.Condition the performance and effect of this material coupled with five kinds of metals were investigated. The influence of velocity and Ioad to PTFE base thin-banding matCrials was investigated as well. Friction and wear mechanisms of thin-banding materiaIs were discussed.
