摘要
本文介绍的表面处理是一种采用专用机床的电化学处理,可以在机器零件表面沉积一层耐磨耐蚀镀层,同时可以使表面粗糙度降低2~4级,几何形状误差也可以得到改善。一种基于智能控制理论的计算机系统控制整个处理过程的运动和电源脉冲。对处理设备的刚度和精度的要求比常用设备的低。因此设备费用降低,同时由于已沉积了一层耐磨耐蚀镀层,所以在电沉积之后,通常采用的一些表面处理工艺可以省略。
This process is to deposit a wear and corrosion resistant layer on the surface of machine parts.At the same time, the surface roughness can be greatly reduced by 2~4 grades and the geometric error can be corrected by the electrochemical treatment of a special machine tool. A computer system controls the motion and power pulse of whole process by intelligence control theory. The requirement of stiffness and precision for the processong machine will be lower than usual. Therfore,the cost of equipment is reduced. Because there is an electrodeposited layer with wear and corrosion resistance on the surface, some traditional surface treatments will be unnecessary after this process.
