深冲用电镀钢板的摩擦特性及表面损伤的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用板成形动态摩擦因数测试装置对两种钢板(热浸镀+电镀,即GA-E钢板;IF钢电镀锌钢板,即EG钢板)以及未电镀的裸板进行摩擦特性研究,着重研究了成形模具温度对摩擦的影响,并对两种镀层钢板经拉深后的表面损伤进行了分析。研究结果表明:(1)在相同的变形条件下,与EG钢板相比,GA-E钢板的摩擦因数随温度增加的变化幅度较小:(2)两种镀层钢板的摩擦因数均随冲头速度的增加而降低;(3)GA-E钢板接触表面损伤的主要形式为微裂纹,而EG钢板的接触表面损伤为犁划痕。 The research of friction characteristics of two kinds of galvanized steel sheet(a:hot dip galvanized+electrogalvanized, GA-E steel sheet; b:EG sheet of IF steel)and the uncoat EG sheet were tested by the multifunction friction test device of sheet forming. More attention was paid to study the effect of the punch and die temperature upon the friction characteristics. In addition,the surface damage of two kinds of galvanized steel sheet after deep drawed were also analysed. The initial results are as follows: (1) In the same forming process condition,the increment of friction coefficient for GA-E is less than that for EG when temperature rise; (2) The friction coefficient of two kinds of galvanized steel sheet decreased when punch speed rise; (3)The damage mode of contact surface for the GA-E sheet is primarily microcrack, and ploughing for that of EG sheet.
