转染骨形成蛋白(BMPs)Ⅱ型突变受体的Tca8113细胞的建立及意义

Gene tranfection of a truncated type Ⅱ receptor of BMP-2 into the Tca8113 cell

目的:建立稳定表达BMPⅡ型突变受体的Tca8113细胞,以便进一步从信号转导水平探讨、认识BMPs对口腔上皮恶变的作用机理;方法:用FuGENE6 Transfection Reagent Kit真核转染试剂盒将携带BMPsⅡ型突变受体cDNA的真核表达载体转染Tca 8113细胞;结果:得到抗G-418的阳性细胞克隆转染细胞,neo基因原位杂交阳性;结论:建立了稳定表达骨形成蛋白(BMPs)Ⅱ型突变受体的Tca 811细胞珠。

Objective: Toestablish a Tea8113 cell line which express a tuncated BMP-2Ⅱ receptor. Methods: The cDNA of BMP-2 type Ⅱ receptor was transfected into Tca8113 cells by using FuGENE6 Transfection Reagent kit. Results: Cell clones with G - 418 resistance and positive signals of mRNA of neo gene were obtained. Conclusion: The cDNA for BMP-2 type Ⅱ receptor is successfully transfected into Tea81113 cell.
