摘要
膨化处理可使蔗渣中的易溶木素溶出 ,原料的组织结构松弛 ,纤维变得细长柔软 ,白腐菌HG X0 3对甘蔗渣中的木素具有一定的降解作用 ,而膨化后的蔗渣更有利于白腐菌脱除木素 ,膨化协同白腐菌处理蔗渣 ,可使木素去除率提高 18 41%。白腐菌对蔗渣木素的降解以氧化反应为主 ,其中愈疮木基型木素比紫丁香基型更易于受白腐菌作用而降解 ,羰基含量有所增加。
Delignification of bagasse which was treated by explosion and white rot fungus is easier than only treated by fungus. Pretreatment by explosion and fungus could increase delignification rate 18.4%.Oxidation is the main reaction of lignin degradation and guaiacyl is easier to degrade than syringyl treated by white rot fungus,the amount of the carboxyl group increases during delignification.
