RDH及Alcell技术在乙醇法麦草制浆中的应用

Design of Heating and Extracting Processes in Ethanol Pulping System of Wheat Straw

通过借鉴RDH技术和Alcell法蒸煮加热、抽提操作原理 ,研究设计了适宜于中小型制浆厂的乙醇法麦草制浆系统的蒸煮加热、抽提部分的操作流程 ,并做了基本的分析计算。

By reference to the RDH technology and the principle of heating extracting process of Alcell, the authors presented the heating extracting flowsheet of ethanol pulping system which was designed for the middle size wheat straw pulp mill,some basic calculations and analysis were also presented.
