摘要
通过灰关联分析方法和正交试验方法的对比 ,对造纸湿部运用灰关联分析方法的适宜性进行了研究。结果认为造纸湿部因素运用灰关联分析是可行的 ,该方法特别适用于实际生产现场的快速分析 ,对解决生产中的湿部因素对成纸质量的影响有很好的帮助作用。
The relationships between factors of wet end, size effect and solids(filler) retention have been studied by gray relational analysis methods. The main factors of wet end have been found in accordance with gray relation grade. The analysis conclusion is in line with the actual situation. Gray relation space analysis provides a new idea and mathematics basis for data processing of wet end.
