摘要
研究了在杨木SGW浆酶改性过程中 ,酶处理对纸浆纤维素聚合度和纤维长度的影响。研究表明 ,在酶解强度较低时 ,酶解初期 ,浆的纤维素聚合度和纤维长度缓慢增加 ;在酶解后期 ,浆的纤维素聚合度和纤维长度逐渐降低 ,但降低幅度不大。这说明杨木SGW浆酶改性过程中 ,酶解作用主要从纤维表面逐渐向内深入。酶解作用可使纤维较容易发生纵向分裂 。
The mechanism of enzymatic modification of aspen SGW pulp was studied. During the enzymatic modification of the aspen SGW pulp,the value of degree of polymerization(DP)of the cellulose and the fiber length increased gradually at the early stage,while these had only slightly decrease at the late stage. According to the experimental results,the enzymatic modification resulted in little change in the value of DP of cellulose and the fiber length. The results showed that the enzymatic hydrolysis took place mainly in the amorphous region and the location of hemicellulose on the surface of the fiber and continue to take place layer by layer on the surface of the fiber. This means that the fiber width decreases gradually, while the fiber length remains constant during enzymatic hydrolysis.
