摘要
用二次旋转组合设计等方法对落叶松硫酸盐浆D50 /C50 E1D1E2 D2 和DE1D1E2 D2 的漂白程序进行了优化 ,探讨了ClO2 对落叶松硫酸盐浆的漂白性能 ,漂白废水的特性及污染负荷。结果表明 :纸浆白度高 (80 %SBD以上 ) 。
Chlorine dioxide bleaching process of larch kraft pulp has been studied and the properties of the effluents was measured. Larch kraft pulp could be bleached to higher than 80%(SBD) brightness by D 50 /C 50 E 1D 1E 2D 2 or DE 1D 1E 2D 2 sequence with total effective chlorine charge 8%. The content of AOCI in the total effluents of first and second stage,DE 1D 1E 2D 2 was 23.8%,and D 50 /C 50 E 1D 1E 2D 2 sequence was 57.7% of that of CEH respectively. The content of CODcr in the effluents of DE 1D 1E 2D 2 and D 50 /C 50 E 1D 1E 2D 2 was 54.7% and 62% of CEH respectively,and the BOD 5 was 65% and 73%. The molecular weight of lignin in the effluents of D and E 1 stage of DE 1D 1E 2D 2 was higher than that in CEH.
