第二跖背动脉岛状皮瓣修复甲瓣移植后创面

REPAIR OF THE CUTTING SURFACES IN WRAP-AROUND FLAP WITH NAIL SUPPLYING AREA WITH SDMA RETROGRADE ISLAND FLAPS

目的 针对(?) 趾甲皮瓣切除后遗留创面,采用第二跖背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复.方法 介绍一种修复(?)趾创面新的手术方法,并在临床上应用此种方法修复12例(?)趾创面.结果 除1例边缘部分坏死,经换药而愈合外,余11例全部成活,浅感觉恢复,无压迫性溃疡.结论 第二路背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣转位是一种值得推广的(?)趾创面修复新的手术方法.

ve In view of the cutting surfaces left after excision of wrap-around flap with nail, a repair method was designed with SDMA retrograd island flaps. Methods To introduce a new operation method repairing foot nail cutting surfaces and apply it in 12 clinical cases. Results With the exception that commited necrosis after drug treatment, the others kept alive. The eleven cases proved that superficial sense is restored without oppressed ulcer. Conclusions: SDMA retrograde island flaps transplantation is a new method worthing to repair the cutting surfaces.
