摘要 目的 探索修复指腹缺损的新术式.方法 采用带有双侧趾底固有动脉的趾腹皮瓣重建指腹缺损.吻合趾—指动脉、趾动脉—指背静脉以重建指腹血循环.结果5例皮瓣全部成活,重建指腹均有出汗,外形饱满,两点辨别觉3~5mm.结论 采用动静脉转流趾腹皮瓣重建指腹缺损,为临床提供了一种新术式. ve To explore a new surgical method of recovering digital defect. Methods Using digital pulp flap with two arteriole propria of plantar to recover digital defect. Reconstructing arterial-venous circulation by digital microvascular anastomosis. Results Five flaps survived completely. All the reconstructed digital pulp have sweated, the outlines of them were full, and two-point discrimination was 3 - 5mm. Conclusion Using arterial-venous anastomosis to recover digital defect was a new、 satisfactory operation.
