摘要
目的 了解骨间背侧神经终末支的可能卡压位置、临床意义及作为神经缺损移植供体的可能性。方法 2倍放大镜下解剖骨间背侧神经终末节的分支、行程、直径、长度、束支、与周围组织的关系以及腕关节活动对其影响。结果 腕关节周围结缔组织及其活动可引起骨间背侧神经终末支的受压;其行程、分支、直径、长度等适合于作为神经移植供体。结论 腕关节结构异常和(或)过度活动可引起该神经卡压致腕背痛;骨间背侧神经终末支作为节段性周围神经缺损移植供体是较合适的。
Objective To study the terminal portion of the dorsal interosseous nerve (DIN) for its possible compression site and clinical relevance. Methods In eighteen specimens from cadaver, we dissected the ter-minal portion of the dorsal interosseous nerve for its route, branches, location, diameter, length, bundle branch and its relations with the fibrous girdle of the wrist. Results The fibrous girdle of the carpi dorsal and its over-activity can cause the compression of the terminal portion of DIN; The route, diameter, length of the terminal portion of the DIN meets the criterion of transplated donor. Conclusion The structure change of wrist and its over-activity may cause the compression of the terminal portion of DIN, which leads to carpi dorsal pain; The terminal portion of the DIN meets the criterion of transplated donor for segmental nerve injury.
