摘要
该文对某军用履带装甲车辆综合传动系统使用的液压油进行了试验分析 ,得出了这种液压油的粘度、密度、比热与温度的经验关系式 ,推导出了粘度在温度、压力综合作用下的函数关系 ,并对新油、旧油、普通抗磨液压油的粘度进行了对比分析 ,这对于使用这种液压油的传动系的分析计算和制定相关军用履带装甲车辆的使用规范提供了重要的理论依据 .
In this paper the experimental research of hydraulic oil used on a certain composite gearbox are carried on. The experimental formulas are drawn respectively between viscosity、density、specific heat and temperature. The function of viscosity to temperature and pressure is deduced. The comparative analysis among the new oil、used oil and ordinary antifriction oil indicates the performance of the specitic oil is excellent. These conclusions are beneficial to the advanced analysis of the vehicle transmission system and formulate the manual of relevant armored caterpillar.
