水稻育秧抗寒剂应用效果研究

Applying Effects of a Cold Resistance Agent in Rice Seedling Raising

通过不同地区、不同品种的比较试验，研究了抗寒剂ＣＲ－４在早稻上的应用效果，结果表明：抗寒剂能提高秧苗对低温逆境的适应能力，防止或减轻水稻烂秧，提高秧苗素质，对增加稻谷产量具有显著的作用。在使用方法以浸种法较好。

The cold resistance agent CR-4 introduced from Plant Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences was experimentized with different early rice varieties over localities in Xiushui county of Jiangxi province. The applying effects of CR-4 on increasing cold resistant ability of rice seedling, preventing seedlings from rotting,increasing seedling rate and seedling quality were evaluated and found significant. Treated with CR-4 for seedling raising, Lu hongzhao 1 obtained 10.5% higher seedling rate, 0.35-0.45 more main stem leaf number,0.5-1.0 more white roots per seedling and 1.0-1.4g heavier 100-seedling fresh weight;Xieyou Hualian 2 had 1. 4-2. 2 more tillers per seedling 20 days after transplanting and headed 2-4 days earlier;the yield of Luhongzhao 1 increased by 19.6%. No matter conventional rice or hybrid rice, the tendency of yield increase of the treatments is:soaking seeds with CR-4 > polythene cover > spraying on seedling with CR-4 > soaking seeds with water.
