Effects of "FB" on Hybrid Rice Seed Production

复激保累剂，在杂交稻制种上使用，能促使花器发育良好，调节父母本花期，提高结实率，增加每穗实粒和粒重，提高产量。且成本低，有显著的经济效益。

Fuji Baoguoji'(FB),a new plant growth substance,was used in the seed production of hybrid rice to promote the development of floral organs resulting in ealier heading and anthesis time and increase the seed yield. The results of three years over locations indicated that,compared with GA3 applying only,the ap- plication of FB and GA3 together increased seed setting rate of 4. 66 % - 9. 33 % and the seed yield of 14. 29 % -18. 98%. Using FB can also make earlier the beading 3 days and anthesis 1. 5 hours. Futhermore,Spraying FB with GA3 raised the economic efficiency, with 90 grams of FB and 105 grams of GA, needed for one hectare,the cost was about 20 US$ per hectare less than that of GA3 only (210 grams/ha needed).
