水稻印尼水田谷6号质源不育系花培提纯研究

Studies on Anther Culture to Purify the CMS Lines with the Cytoplasm of Indonesian Paddy No.6

利用花药培养的纯合效应，对印尼水田谷６号质源不育系Ⅱ－３２Ａ和优ⅠＡ及其相应保持系Ⅱ－３２Ｂ和优ⅠＢ，同步进行花药培养，诱导出了一批基因纯合、遗传稳定的正常二倍体花粉植株，并通过逐代测配筛选，获得了Ⅱ－３２Ａ和优ⅠＡ的优良花培提纯株系。

By use of the purification effect of anther culture,the anther culture of both male sterile lines Ⅱ-32A and You I A and the corresponding maintainer lines Ⅱ-32 B and You I B with the cytoplasm of Indonesian Paddy No. 6 was done, and a batch of diploid pollen plants were induced with the genes purified and the heredity stabilized. Through testcross and selection in each generation, the superior purified lines of Ⅱ32A and You I A were obtained.
