两系杂交稻后期早衰与空秕率的化学调控初步研究 被引量:7

摘要 用5种化调剂对两系杂交组合安农S-1×312进行处理,筛选出其中3种化调剂,均能显著提高剑 叶和倒2叶叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白质含量,降低丙二醛含量,延长叶片功能期,从而有效地克服两系杂交稻 后期早衰,提高结实率和产量。 Five chemical composites were chosen to spray in the later growth stage on the two-line hybrid rice, Annong S- 1 x 312,under field management. The results showed that three of them significantly increased the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein while decreased the content of MDA and prolonged the effective life of leaf in both flag leaf and the leaf next to nag leaf,and it is also found that their effect on the leaf next to flag leaf was more significant than on the flag leaf. Application of these three chemical composites resulted in an increase of seed set from 7. 48% to 9. 24% and an increase of grain yield from 7. 1% to 12. 0%. Among them,composite No. 4 was found to be the best one.
