摘要
近年我厂自己设计制造了压力为100吨的YW4-100型卧式压力机和LLY-100型立式压力机。液压油工作压力均为200kg／cm2。活塞材质原为450圆钢，后困供应困难，改用QT45-5球铁。结构见图la和周Ib。
High internal and surface qualities of nodular cast iron piston are required. In common foundry pro- cessing the step gating system is always used, being done by horizontally molding and vertically pouring, Which can not meet the quality requirement. Based on the production practice the pencil gating system had been selected in our case and the result is very good. It is evident that the benefit from the improvement is to achieve high casting quality and high production yield.
