高铝锌基合金(特别是ZA-27台金)是当前国际上发展很快的合金材料之一。
A research program has been conducted to further improve the engineering properties and the foundry characteristics of ZA-27 alloy by adding rare earth metals. Rare earth elements below approximately 1.0ωt.% result in marked improvement in tensile strength and wear resistance of ZA-27. The hardness of ZA-27 is increased while its ductility and impact toughness are reduced with rare earth metals levels. Fluidity can be raised to a certain extent. Gravity segregation and underside shrinkage, characteristic of ZA alloys、can also be eliminated by additions of high- er amounts of rare earth elements.
