试论水玻璃砂在铸铁上的应用

Applcation of Solium Silicate Bonded Sand to Iron Casting

本文论述了水玻璃砂在铸铁件上应用是可能的,并认为水玻璃砂应用在铸铁件上产生的粘砂,主要是机械粘砂。因而应用防止机械粘砂的方法来解决。本文还对水玻璃砂的湿强度低、残留强度大和旧砂回用等问题进行了一些探讨并提出看法。

This paper expounds the feasibility of applying solium silicate bonded sand to iron casting and states that the sand burning produced in the application is mainly caused by mechanical reaction.The low green-strength, the high residual-strength snd the reclamation of the sand are discussed. Some thoughts are also presented here.
