摘要
试验和生产应用表明,改变传统的镁砂炉衬配方,引入刚玉粉和铝矾土,同时采用其他工艺措施可显著提高碱性中频感应电炉炉龄。文中介绍了试验过程和通过正交试验优选出来的炉衬配方,对引入刚玉粉和铝矶土的作用也作了探讨。
The results of experiments and production applications showed that the campaign of basic lined medium-frequency induction furnace could be improved signficantly by introducing fused alumina and calcined alumina into the rammed refractory lining instead of the conventional formulation of the rammed magnesia-based lining and with the help of other related technological measures. Experimental procedure and a formulation of the rammed refractory lining obtained by means of orthogonal optimization are presented in this paper.The effect of fused alumina and calcined alumina added to the lining on the furnace campaign is also discussed.
