正确进行浇冒口设计，对熔模铸造铸件质量的提高起着很大作用。为此，我厂通过十多年实际生产的摸索，并在研究了有关资科后，系统地总结出一套浇冒口计算公式和对照图表。并经131件大小，形状不同的精炼产品验证，成品率达到100％。

The charts consist of nine parts together with eight supplementary experiential formulas specially for inner and outside chills. Some typical technology examples and description for dish—like and small—thin shaped casting and other intricate castings have been provided.
