摘要
在FATA HUNTER超型铸轧机的生产实践中,根据不同的铸轧速度和辊套壁厚,通过控制冷却水入口水温减少轧辊表面残留水分,来提高铸轧生产率和板坯质量,并设计出可控制冷却水入口温度的新型管道闭环循环轧辊冷却水系统。
Through production practice in FATA HUNTER Super caster, based on varied casting speed and wall thickness of roll shell, controlling the inlet water temperature of cooling system to reduce residual moisture of roll surface, the casting productivity and casting quality could be improved. The new loop - closed pipe cooling water system was deisgned to control cooling water inlet temperature.
