The Research and Production of Lubricant for Cast-rolling of Aluminium

分析了铝材铸轧过程中润滑剂的特性和作用机理，明确了铸轧技术对润滑剂的要求，并通过粒度分析，乳液稳定性试验和四球摩擦试验；将所研制的润滑剂与从美国和法国进口的润滑剂产品进行了性能比较，结果表明所研究的润滑剂与进口润滑剂的性能相当；应用试验表明：所研制的润滑剂能够满足各种铸轧工艺的生产要求。

The property and mechanism of lubricants in cast-rolling process are analysed. The requirement of cast- rolling technique to lubrication is defined. Though granularity analysis, latex stability tests and four-ball tests, the researching lubricant sample had been compared with productions that imported from France and America; The property of lubricant correspond to import productions. Actual application shows that the lubricant property can satisfy the requirement of cast - rolling producation.
