摘要
尝试对学员在综合培养过程中的状态和质量进行科学考评。综合了培养模式与学员考评体系有机关联,形成良性的两者耦合作用和全局性自省、自律、自评、自改、自建的氛围。提升院校各岗位育人的整体效能。
This paper holds a discussion on scientific assess- ment which has been done on the condition and quality of mili- tary students during the comprehensive training progress.Thus the training pattern and assessment are integrated well and the atmosphere featuring self-discipline,self-assessment,self- development is established,too.Accordingly.the overall effect of every higher learning institution will be improved.
