Abstract Deng Xiaoping's theory about construction of ruling Party makes a developemnt and practice of Marxist,Leninist and Maoist theories of ruling party. Since the beginning of 1990s, a series of new ideas and concepts have been formulated under the new system of socialist economic market. This paper tries to see the relations between these new ideas and the Deng Xiaoping Theory.
