摘要
本文提出伪补 Ｍ Ｓ代数（简称 Ｐ Ｍ Ｓ代数）中正则理想、正则同余关系的概念，研究正则理想与核理想、０理想之间的关系，讨论正则同余关系的性质。
In this paper, we introduce and investigate regular ideals of a pseudocomplemented MS algebra (PMS algebra. for short). We obtain relation of a regular ideal and a kernel ideal of a PMS algebra. We prove that a regular prime ideal is a 0 ideal and obtain the elementary properies of regular congruences.
