摘要
改良硫酸盐桉木浆氧脱木素后经二甲基二环氧乙烷(DMD)处理,脱木素率达73%,之后再加一段碱处理(E),脱木素率进一步提高到84%;采用OTQP、OTEQP和OTEPQP漂序可将巨尾桉深度脱木素浆分别漂白到900%、897%和902%ISO白度。
Oxygen delignified pulp of eucalyptus was further treated with dimethyldioxirane(DMD) for obtaining 73% delignification, followed by a caustic treatment(E) to upgrade delignification to 84%. Such an extended delignified pulp of E. grandis can be bleached to 90.0%, 89.7% and 90.2% ISO brightness by OTQP, OTEQP or OTEpQP sequences. High strength properties were reported for the bleached pulps.
