摘要
对常用的氧化淀粉、羧基丁苯胶乳和聚乙烯醇在不同的添加量情况下配成的涂料进行了系统的研究,结果表明涂料都呈剪切稀化特性,通过对实验结果进行多次分析,认为用修改的幂律方程表达很理想。
Binders play an important role on the rheological properties of coating colors. Studies were conducted for the individual effect of binders such as oxidized starch, carboxylated styrene latex and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) on coating color rheological properties. Experimental results for different dosages of such binders indicate that as long as the shear rate is not any higher than 103 s, all such binders are shear thinning in effect and can be described with the modified Power Law equation. Power is a shear rate function, the dependence of fluid flow performance on shear rates. Experimental results indicated that the consistency coefficient K,related to the viscosity of coating color, is greatest for a system with PVA, followed by oxdized starch while that for carboxylated SBR is the smallest.
