摘要
通过正交实验确定了麦草自催化乙醇制浆的工艺条件,并对其反应历程进行了研究。正交实验结果表明最佳工艺条件为:蒸煮温度195℃、液比1∶8、保温70min(升温120~130min)、乙醇和水的比例为55∶45。
The auto catalytic ethanol pulping of wheat straw was investigated. Results obtained through orthogonal experiments showed that, at a constant ethanol charge, the degree of effects of the major pulping variables was found to be in the following order (from high to low): Pulping Temperature (Tm) > Liquor Ratio >Time at Tm. These variables were then optimized to be: Tm 195℃ , Liquor Ratio 8:1 and Time at Tm 20 minutes. Delignification studies were conducted and revealed that the delignification can be divided into two phases, the bulk delignifying phase and the residual delignifying phase.In the first phase (0~20min. at Tm), 75.39% lignin was claimed to have been removed. Whereas, in the second phase (20~70min. at Tm ), only 11.27% lignin removal was resulted. The kappa number of the pulp was reported to be 68.43, and screened pulp yield at the fiber separation point was 57.30%. A linear relationship between the kappa number and the lignin content of the screened pulp was apparently existing.
