氧脱木素前活化预处理纸浆残留木素结构的研究 被引量:2

摘要 对氧脱木素前活性氧活化预处理过程中,纸浆残留木素结构的变化进行了研究。结果表明:活化处理后木素结构单元之间以及木素和碳水化合物之间的联接发生了断裂,使木素分子变小,有利于木素在后续氧脱木素过程中的溶出;活化处理后木素结构中酚羟基数量增加,提高了木素和氧气的反应活性,有利于氧脱木素时的脱除。 Structural changes of lignin during the course of activation pretreatment for the oxygen delignification of masson pine kraft pulp were investigated in this study. Results showed that bonds among lignin structural units were cleaved during the pretreatment, and so did those between lignin and carbonhydrates. Such cleavages brought about the degradation of the lignin molecules, making it more readily solubilized. Furthermore, the number of phenolic hydroxyl groups in lignin was much increased after the pretreatment, thus rendering the lignin more susceptible to oxygen.
