摘要
本文论述了开关磁阻发电机的电磁机理及与传统发电机相比的电磁特征, 分析了线性模型条件下发电机相电流波形, 提出了基于电磁参数预估、磁链空间数值分析及稳、动态性能仿真基础上的集成CAD设计方法, 设计并制做了开关磁阻组合起动机/发电机样机, 进行了起动、发电功能组合试验, 并按MIL-STD-704E对变速和变载恒压发电试验进行了考核, 给出了试验结果.
Switched reluctance generator has essential distinctions,compared with conventional generators,at concentrated winding,fluctuating magnetic field and double salientpole structure of machine.This paper analyses the phase current waveform under condition of linear model,and proposes the integrated CAD method based on pre estimation of electromagnetic parameters,numerical calculation of flux linkage space and simulation of stead state behaviour and dynamic response of generating voltage.The 4kW prototype starter/generator was designed and manufactured.Test results of starting and generating were gived,the steady and dynamic performance satisfied the requirements of standard MIL STD 704E.
