摘要
该文介绍了一种三相功率因数校正装置的构成及其实现. 在所研制的三相功率因数校正装置中, 采用了新型的PWM 控制技术, 不但可以消除低次谐波, 而且可以提高交流母线电压利用率; 控制脉冲触发相位采用离线优化计算方法获得. 计算后的脉冲相位存储于EPROM 中,通过外部锁相环电路实时触发以生成功率器件的控制脉冲信号;锁相环电路的引入保证了三相交流输入电流与电网电压的同步, 使所研制装置的功率因数趋近于1. 另外, 该文对三相功率因数校正装置的整体设计进行了仿真研究. 通过仿真和实验,
This paper presents the construction and implementation of a novel three-phase power factor correction.It describes an application of a new type PWM that is effective for eliminating harmonics and improving efficiency.The core of the paper is how to acquire the control signal by means of pre calculation,which is stored in EPROM.And it can be touched real time and translated into the drive single.By the introduction of phase lock circuit,it is helpful to keep current and voltage in phase.Thus the power factor of the system is close to one.In addition,this paper supplies simulation research and design about the system.Both simulation and experiment suggest the alike results.
