摘要
介绍对箱体的方案设计进行有限元分析的方法. 通过对箱体模型的简化、边界条件的处理以及有限元网格的生成技术来保证分析的准确性. 通过分析计算得出位移和应力分布结果, 初步判断刚度和强度条件. 在此基础上对箱体方案进行细化和改进, 提高了方案设计的效率和可靠性.
This paper has introduced the finite element method employed in the concept design of gearbox.The accuracy of the analysis is guaranteed by detailing the gearbox model,processing the boundary condition and the generation technology of finite element mesh.The displacement and stress distribution can be attained by analysis and calculation,so the stiffness and strength condition can be judged rudimentarily.On the basis of this,the gearbox schedule can be detailed and improved,and high efficiency and reality of the concept design can be attained.
