磨削温度遥测法的研究

摘要 利用半人工热电偶在M131W万能外圆磨床上通过对磨削进给量等工艺参数与磨削温度之间关系曲线的多次实验,结果表明:在无冷却液的情况下用遥测法测得的磨削温度曲线与用传统的集流环法测得的磨削温度曲线基本一致,且能在有冷却液条件下进行测量。与集流环法相比本方法测量稳定,精度高。 The remote measurement described in this paper is in indirect method to measure the instantaneous grinding tempemperature via semi-artificial thermocouple. The reletive curves between temperature and parameterers (feed, turning speed etc.) obtahed from M131W universal cylindrical grinder by using the above-mentbned method are given and compared with the curves obtained by ushg the conventional method called cancentrated current ring. The results show, that all curves obtained in these two ways under the condition of grinding without cooling fluid are very similar. in comparison with the conventional method, the newmethod described in this paper is more stable and high accuracy in measurements; furthermore, it can also be used under the conditions of grinding with cooling fluid.
