摘要
本文用Triton沉淀法研究了毛冬青和复方丹参注射液对猪血小板细胞骨架蛋白的影响。结果表明:(1)毛冬青注射液对凝血酶诱导的肌动蛋白聚合和肌球蛋白与肌动蛋白微丝的结合都有强烈的抑制作用,IC_(50)分别为200μg/ml,120μg/ml;(2)复方丹参注射液(100mg/ml,含丹参生药量)可抑制凝血酶诱导的肌动蛋白聚合,抑制率为51.2%;并可完全消除凝血酶刺激的肌球蛋白与微丝的结合。本文从新的角度阐明了毛冬青和复方丹参注射液抗血小板作用的机制。
The effects of llex pubescens injection and compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on cytoskeletal
proteins in pig platelets were investigated by Triton extraction method. The results show that:(1)Ilex pubescens injection strongly inhibits thrombin-induced actin polymerization
and association of myosin with cytoskeletons.with IC50 200μg/ml and 120μg/ml,respectively;
(2)Compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection inhibits thrombin-stimulated actin polymerization
by 51. 2%,and completely reverses thrombin-induced association of myosin with cytoskeletons.
The study represents a new explanation for the anti-platelet roles of Ilex pubescens injection and compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection.
