摘要
本文利用 MW 产生的超高速震动及穿透效应,以加速抗原抗体结合反应为原理。将 MW 辐射应用于 ABC 法免疫组化染色,并与常规 ABC 法进行了对比实验研究。结果表明,本法显著缩短切片染色时间,由常规法的18h20min 所能完成的染色程序缩短为21min,省17h59min。且敏感性和特异性明显优于常规法。切片染色背景清晰,结果稳定,重复性好。对应用于病理组织学研究及临床病理快速诊断,很有使用价值。
For speeding antigen—antibody reaction ultrahigh—speed vibration and penetrating effect that were produced by microwava were used to immunohistochemical stain with ABC method and in routine ABC—method as a control.The results showed that the staining time using microwava radiation was significantly shorter compared with routine method,whereas the sensitivity and the specificity of the former were relatively stronger than the latter.Thus microwava ABC—method is more valuable for the study of pathological histology and clinical pathological diagnosis.
