摘要
本实验对中药制剂清肺汤作了祛痰平喘、镇咳、体外抑菌等药理实验。结果表明:清肺汤具有明显的祛痰作用;对组织胺特别是乙酰胆碱引起的气管平滑肌收缩有明显的松弛作用;清肺汤具有镇咳作用,无明显的体外抑菌作用;口服安全、无毒性。
In our experiments,We studied Qing Fei Tang(QFT)effect in expertorant,antitussive,antiastham and antibacterial test invitro etc. The results suggested that the QFT showed obvious antitussive effect and expertorant effect.and that the QFT could relax isolated trach smooth mu— scles of guinea pig being convulsed by His and Ach,especially Ach.and that the QFT had no antibacterial effect.Toxicologicat test showed there was any death in mice by oral adminstyation.The QFT was safe.
