摘要
用阿尔新蓝—番红花红(AB—S)、甲苯胺蓝染色方法,对硫脲致甲状腺功能低下(甲低)大鼠甲状腺内肥大细胞进行染色特性、形态变化及定量研究,发现在甲低时,甲状腺内的肥大细胞数目减少,其形态及染色特性均有明显改变,这些变化表明,肥大细胞对甲低时甲状腺的增生具有明显作用。
In the present study,the characteristic of mast cells in the rat thyroid following administration,of methylthiouracili was observed by staining with Alcianblue—safranin(AB—S)and toluidine blue technique. The number of mast cells was counted.The results show that the number of mast cells was significantly reduced the changes of characteristic in mor- phosis and staining were found in the hypothyroid,rats.The results suggest the effect of mast cells on thyroid hyperplasia under the condition of ty— pothyroid.
