Prostate Vaporizing and Electrocutting Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia via Urethra

经尿道前列腺气化加电切治疗良性前列腺增生症27例，结果有效手术时间平均56min；灌流液量平均5500ml；术中、术后均未输血：术后膀胱冲洗时间平均20h；术后留置导尿管平均5d；术后住院时间平均7d；国际前列腺症状评分9．08±1．46分；生活质量指数1．3±0．1；最大尿流率17．21±3．23ml/s。认为本组治疗具有损伤小、出血少、并发症率低、住院时间短、恢复快、疗效肯定等优点。

27 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were underwent vaporizing and electrocutting prostate via urethra. Theresults were that effective operation time was 56 min. and perfusion volume was 5500ml in average without transfusion inand postoperation. Bladder irrigating time was 2O h, pulling urinary catheter time 5 days postoperative hospitalized time 7days and follow - up 45 days in average.The international assessment score was 9.O8 ±1.46, life quality index was 1.3±0. 1 and max. urine flow was 17 .21 ± 3 .23 ml/s. This method may have less injury and bleeding, short time hospitalized,recovered soon and atailable curative effects.
