摘要
本文对如何适应医疗市场及生物医学模式的转变，及时更新护理观念，改进护理方法，以全面提高护理质量进行了探讨。提出了（1）加强护理部自身建设，提高整体素质；（2）加强护士长队伍建设，提高整体管理水平；（3）全方位、多层次加强护士素质培养。
To discuss for to renew nursing concept, improve nursing methods and elevate nursing quality in all aspects toadapt the changing model of medicine market and biological medicine.Then,it suggested to enhance self construction ofnursing department and elevate entirety diathesis, enhance construction of nursing head team and improve entirety manage-ment level and elevate the diathesis cultivation of nurses in all directions and multiple levels.
