放化疗、放疗和化疗治疗脑转移癌的疗效分析

The Curative Effect Analysis of Chemoradiltherapy, Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy for Metastatic Carcinoma in Brain

分析放化疗、放疗和化疗治疗脑转移癌的疗效。方法：放疗与化疗15例，放疗17例，化疗12例。结果：放化疗组、放疗组和化疗组的中位生存期分别为7．5个月、6．8个月和3．4个月；1年生存率分别为40．0％，35．3％和8．3％。放化疗组和放疗组疗效好于化疗组，放化疗组略好于放疗组。结论：放化疗及放疗是脑转移癌的有效治疗方法。

Objective: To analyze the curative effect of chemoradiotherapy, radiotherapy and chemoptherapy for metastaticcarcinoma in brain. Methods: There were 15 cases in chemoradiotherapy, 17 cases in radiotherapy and 12 cases inchemoptherapy. Results: The median survive stage in three groups were 7.5 months, 6.8 months and 3.4 months. 1 yearsurvive rate were 40. 0%, 35. 3% and 8. 3%. The effects in chemoradiotherapy and radiotherapy groups were better than inchemoptherapy group. Conclusion: chemoradiotherapy and radiotherapy could be effective curative mehtods for metastaticcarcinoma in brain.
