芦沙坦治疗原发性高血压41例疗效观察

The Curative Observation of Losartan to Treat Primary Hypertension

为了解芦沙坦（商品名称科索亚）对原发性高血压的治疗效果，本文选取原发性高血压患者41例，并给予芦沙坦治疗，口服芦沙坦50mg，总疗程6周。结果收缩压（SBP）由治疗前的21．3－15．3KPa降至10．7－12．3Kpa，总有效率93％，不良反应发生率2％。提示芦沙坦降压效果良好，无明显副作用。

Objective: To study the cruative effect of losartan to treat primary hypertension. Methods: 41 cases of primary hy-pertension patients were treated with losartan 50mg daily in 6 weeks. Results: The systolic blood pressure (SBP)of patientswere decreased from 21 .3 ~ 25.3 Kpa before treatment to 17.4 ~ 19.6KPa after treatment. The DBP were decreased from12.7 ~ 15. 3KPa to 10.7 ~ 12.3Kpa. The effective rate was 93% and side effect was 2%. Conclusion: Losartan could havegood effect to lower blood pressure without obviously side effects.
