摘要
30 cases of Graves were treated in our hospital from 1983 to 1999 and analyzed in clinical symptoms,immune functions X - ray and CT scan.Craves disease was believed as an autoimmune disease due to high IgA and IgM.Its morbidity was 40-75% with iocreasing orbital fat and hypertrophy of extraocular muscles.The specific change was high densigy of orbital apex in CT scan.The diagnosis could be obtained by ist symptoms,T3inhibiting test and CT.The main treatment in early stage was medication such as hormone,immune inhibitor and dialysis.But surgical treatment should by necessary.
